1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk97.click, creating a player account, or using any service provided by pk97, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all players resident in Pakistan and to any player accessing pk97 from a location where online gaming is permitted.

PK97 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the pk97 homepage. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with pk97.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pk97, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK97 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from pk97 or any other gambling platform under a voluntary exclusion arrangement that remains active.
• You must be accessing pk97 from a location where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not have had a previous pk97 account that was closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

PK97 may request documentary evidence of age at any point during account verification. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pk97. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under another person's name, or using false details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

When registering, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport.
• A valid email address to which you have sole access.
• Your date of birth and Pakistani mobile number.
• A secure password of your choosing.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. PK97 will never ask for your password. Any activity on your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility. 3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

PK97 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification documents typically include a copy of your CNIC, proof of your registered payment method (e.g., confirmation of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account number), and where applicable, proof of address. Document requests will be sent to your registered email. Accounts where verification is not completed within 14 days of the request being sent may have their withdrawal functionality suspended.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pk97 are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There are no fees charged by pk97 on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

PK97 accepts the following payment methods from Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension. PK97 reserves the right to return funds deposited via unverified or third-party payment accounts and to close the associated player account.

Deposited funds are credited to your pk97 wallet in real time in most cases. Where there is a delay due to payment processing, the transaction will be credited once pk97 receives confirmation from the payment provider. Contact support if a deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes.

5. Withdrawals

PK97 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within a few hours for bank IBFT transfers. These are target processing times under normal operating conditions; actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider's systems.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your pk97 account.
• A deposit must have been used to place at least one real-money bet before a withdrawal of that deposit can be processed. This condition does not apply to winnings generated from bets already placed.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• PK97 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any costs charged by your payment provider are outside pk97's control and are your responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 200,000 per day. VIP Club members have enhanced daily limits based on their tier. Contact your pk97 VIP account manager if you require a higher single-transaction limit.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PK97 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all pk97 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The pk97 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted. Players who have previously held a pk97 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. As a general rule, bonus funds on pk97 carry a 25× wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. This means a bonus of Rs 1,000 must generate Rs 25,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance is converted to withdrawable cash.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that result in a win contribute to meeting wagering requirements; bets that result in a loss reduce the bonus balance but also count toward the wagering requirement.
• PK97 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets specifically designed to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or colluding with other players.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion terms state a different expiry period.
• PK97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to eligible players.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on pk97 — including live Baccarat, Roulette, Aviator, jackpot slots, and card games — operate under certified rules and use independently audited random number generation where applicable. The specific rules for each game are accessible from within the game interface.

PK97 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all games. These figures represent the expected return over millions of rounds across all players and are not a guarantee of individual session results. Short-term results will vary significantly from the published RTP.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software failures — pk97 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stake placed. PK97 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet disconnection or device failure during a game round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk97. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, all balances and pending bonuses forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one pk97 account, or assisting another person to register an account in your name.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with pk97 games or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing game outcomes, coordinating bet placements, or communicating in a manner designed to manipulate game results.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are not valid and will be voided by pk97.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity on pk97. PK97 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk97 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing pk97 on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

PK97 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player request — pk97 will close an account promptly on written request to support@pk97.click.
• Regulatory requirements or a court order requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by pk97 for breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

10. Responsible Gaming

PK97 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling should be entertainment. When it stops being that, pk97 has tools to help.

Every pk97 account has access to the following responsible gaming features, available immediately from account settings:

• Daily deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day. Once set, this limit cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Receive an alert after a session duration of your choosing.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month.
• Cool-down periods: Temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all pk97 marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

PK97 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors and identity verification services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. All data held by pk97 is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk97's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of the player's real-money balance held in their pk97 account at the time the claim arises.

PK97 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage during a game round.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow game rules or to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these terms limits pk97's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on pk97.click — including but not limited to the pk97 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and graphics — is the property of pk97 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk97 content without prior written permission from pk97. This includes screen captures of games shared for the purpose of misrepresenting pk97 or used in connection with any fraudulent scheme.

14. Amendments to These Terms

PK97 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, pk97 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered players before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using pk97 and contact support to close your account. Your continued use of pk97 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through pk97's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
